We do not offer any returns, refunds or cancellations once the order is placed via online payment on the website.

Once your order is received and accepted by us, we shall mail you or message in the next 24 hrs regarding the same. Since our products are handcrafted and slowly produced- For ready to ship orders, delivery will be done within a week. For all made to custom orders – it may take from 15 -30 days which will be informed to you as soon as possible. For custom orders delivery time lines and collection design timelines may alter and be provided by the Designer.

If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write to us within 24 hours of delivery at heenamittaloffcl@gmail.com. Please mention the subject of the email as <REPLACEMENT (Order no.) > . Please include description and photos of the defect or reason for change. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a credit voucher that you can use on a future purchase.

If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pick up from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in a different size within 5-7 working days as per availability. For other valid returns/ exchange your concern will be addressed within 2-3 days and for any new pc to be sent will be done within 7-10 days including shipping.

Our pieces, both clothing and jewellery, are handcrafted and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.

HEENA MITTAL holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed towards customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.
